Soziale Arbeit und Sozialpädagogik Postgraduate Program

Organized in cooperation with Vizja University, this dual postgraduate pathway offers participants the opportunity to complete two complementary programs—Social Work and Social Pedagogy—within a single academic year. As the programs are scheduled on different days, participants can attend both programs without timetable conflicts. Upon successful completion of the respective academic requirements, graduates receive a separate postgraduate diploma for each program.

📌 Important Reminder – Submission of “Certified True Copy” Documents

The agreements with the university and the institution will be sent to you via Adobe Sign for digital signature during the later stages of the registration process.

Students enrolled in the Postgraduate programs are required to submit “Certified True Copy”–approved copies of all required official documents.

Important Note (*): Copies of official documents must be approved as “Certified True Copy” by an official institution such as a notary, municipality, family doctor/physician, your workplace, or another authorized official body. Approval by one of these institutions is sufficient.

The originals of the certified copies must be physically sent to us.

Submitting these documents on time ensures a smooth enrollment and diploma process. Late submission may cause delays or limitations in diploma/certification procedures.

Typically, these programs consist of 60 ECTS credits and last for one year, allowing students to specialize in a particular field. However, it is not the same as a Master’s Degree and is considered a qualification certificate rather than an academic degree.

To be eligible for the diploma, you must meet the academic performance requirements and comply with attendance and participation procedures defined within the program. Failure to meet these conditions will result in ineligibility for the diploma.

  • Postgraduate Diploma is a short-term, practice-oriented program designed for those who want to specialize in a specific field. It focuses on professional development rather than an academic degree.
  • A Master’s Degree (MA, MSc) lasts longer (typically 90-120 ECTS), includes a thesis or research project, and serves as a foundation for doctoral studies.

The Postgraduate programs we offer are completely online. Courses are delivered through pre-recorded video lessons, interactive materials, and academic support systems. This allows students from different countries to complete their education at their own pace.

The primary requirement for applying to a Postgraduate program is holding a bachelor’s degree. If you do not meet this requirement, you may consider joining a certificate program instead.
