Postgraduate refers to graduate education programs designed for individuals who have completed their undergraduate (Bachelor) degree. Postgraduate education aims to specialize in a specific field, develop professional knowledge and skills, and earn an internationally recognized diploma.
Although postgraduate programs are part of postgraduate education, they differ from other academic and vocational training in certain aspects. To avoid misunderstandings and expectations, it is important to clarify what a Postgraduate Diploma is not. A Postgraduate Diploma is not a Master’s Degree and: does not confer an academic degree, does not include research and a thesis, does not qualify for a PhD, is not at the same level as a bachelor’s degree, but is at the postgraduate level.
